Feature scaling in dataset

Szymon Sadkowski requested to merge feature-dattaloader-scaling into FCR-gendata

added input data transformation, and acces to copy of train target values (to allow network target scaling). Removed files with old training data. Now everyone using data set is responsible for initializing his own instance of SFMDDF for certain data
