Dockerized SupervisedGym

Szymon Sadkowski requested to merge dockerization-supervised-gym into dev-supervised-gym
  1. Both endpoints seems to be woring - not integration tested
  2. Updated properties.env config file
  3. Added training_config.json config file only for model training config (almost)
  4. Small bugfixes in SupervisedGym (logging related)
  5. Created Dockerfiles (for GPU and CPU training)
