EMS: Baguette Client Install: Added INSTRUCTION_RESULT enum. Changed instruction execution methods in SshClientInstaller class to return INSTRUCTION_RESULT instead of boolean. Added EXIT and EXIT_SET in INSTRUCTION_TYPE and implemented them in SshClientInstaller. Added check-ignore.json instruction set for checking if a node must be ignored (if file /tmp/.EMS_IGNORE_NODE exists). Updated BCI configuration.
