The default latency for the Windows agent is 100 ms
while it was 100 s (!) for Linux.

Now Linux uses 100 ms, too.

SSL_verify_mode wants a numeric value, not a string,
so replace the string with the predefined constant.

That bug was introduced by commit b4046f4e.

Commit e287de7f introduced a bug because
getFromSmartctl is called with two parameters, but only one was assigned,
so $devices got the wrong values.
