Optimize travis, do not install on lint, stop travis if install failed, display logs when install fails

- one script to run tests and get reports
- one script to combine and send its to google cloud

- Use metadata from file to start test script which will be running on
  startup but not under systemd because of udev rules problems
- All logs must be redirect to the LOG_OUTPUT
- Add -T to docker-compose exec command
- Chain commands to be sure everything is ok

These lines are already in check_file_syntax.sh
