Adding the jobMap binding (#3386) 

Add a new binding called resultMap for storing interesting values to be used for monitoring
Add a new column RESULT_MAP to the JOB_RESULT_DATA table
Add a new rest endpoint  scheduler/jobs/{jobId}/resultmap
Add some functional tests
