This will fix several bugs due to confusion with function and parameter.

[bug] If a structured parameter (e.g. archive.web_access) is given, scenario header mistakenly named using parameter path (archive.web_access.header) instead of using scenario function (archive_web_access.header).
Fixed by assigning correct identifier.

Remove code for global parameters `log_module` and `log_condition` which were applied only to Sympa::Scenario module.
