WEBLAB-1081 remove hard coded configuration links to servers scripts, now they will try to use default scripts for servers.
WEBLAB-1079 removed petals sample files and also remove petals specific code to an external manager (like servicemix, fuseki ...)
WEBLAB-1078 added karaf scripts for windows.
