WEBLAB-1416 - Add a parameter named FileContentManager.LocalContent that prevent (when present in the paramters map a true) of copying the file but use the dc:source found file if found

WEBLAB-1409 - Add a read local file method to standard content manager interface (and shipped implementations). It enables to resolve local file path without having to copy them. This method should be returning null if the local file does not exists
WEBLAB-1410 - Update the securedfilecontentmanager implementation to work as a chrooted one at first try (i.e. it look ofr a file inside the content folder even in case of absolute URIs).
WEBLAB-1411 - Distribute the content into 10 folders. Should be good enough for the moment.
WEBLAB-1412 - Ensure that URIs are saved as local path when using secured file content manager implementation.
