OPENAXES-156 - Update the shot_detector and frame_extractor scripts to rely on system ffmpeg.
OPENAXES-157 - Use new version of video-normaliser and configure it to use system ffmpeg.
OPENAXES-158 - Do not compile anymore ffmpeg. Remove libraries that were needed to compile it. Remove the sources from the SVN. Update the install option and readme to forgot ffmpeg specific parameter.
