Celery task does not work when remote IP is not the same than local IP

Like for Pastec before it has been fixed, the task in pastec tries to access the video file to be converted using its exposed URL. However, in case of a network where exposed IP/name used by the user to access the UI, is not reachable from the physical machine inside the local network, it fails with time out exceptions.
