Fixes #1328

This commit removes a directory that is automatically created
as part of doing `vagrant-spk up`.

Communications seems to a better fit than productivity since this is primarily a chat app. (See specifications of categories here: https://github.com/sandstorm-io/sandstorm/blob/master/src/sandstorm/package.capnp)
