Prevent Actions When Not in a Room

Add missing i18n properties

Removed the cog button actions from showing up when the user is not in a room, this way people can't interact with the items when they're not in that room.

Fix typo in `de.i18n.json`

At least for `de` and `en` language files.

Fix outgoing integrations erroring out when a channel isn't provided

Start of preventing users from interacting with messages when they are not in the room.
