Allows better matches on markdown formatted urls

* Auto create direct room when not exist
* Sync room member list between irc and rocketchat
* Avoid callback loop
* Add logoutCleanUp hook
* Add login error check
* Add connect when close

timestamp is not updated when a message is sent.

The ChatRoom update selector referenced the wrong (non-existant) field.
Thus, the room's message count was never incremented.  Also fixes issue
where the room's last message timestamp is not set on the room document.

Replace typing messages. Insert into data.Typing instead of data.Messages and use ReactiveVar to determine if current user is typing.
