rocketchat_embed_cache. Handle error where oembed_cache doesn't exist.

Move kadira to bottom of packages so it loads after rocketchat:lib; Add settings to process.env; Don't accept overrides on public part of settings.son

timestamp is not updated when a message is sent.

The ChatRoom update selector referenced the wrong (non-existant) field.
Thus, the room's message count was never incremented.  Also fixes issue
where the room's last message timestamp is not set on the room document.

Replace typing messages. Insert into data.Typing instead of data.Messages and use ReactiveVar to determine if current user is typing.
