Add IFileTransfer to represent the performing file transfer instance
The IFileTransfer will represent the performing file transfer instance when sending or receiving files. For example, it's the returning object from the IIncomingFileTransferRequestEvent.accept() method or the IOutgoingFileTransferEvent.getSource().
Interesting to use the IFileRangeSpecification idea to specify the offset of the file transfer in resume state.
