Fix syntax of RSS feed and implement recommendations

Fix the syntax so that it passes https://validator.w3.org/feed/ and also follow recommendations provided by the validator. Have to remove RSS 1.0 from the file as it seems that a single file can't containt both RSS 2.0 and RSS 1.0.
