This patch implements the second part of the optimization of newFcInstance() and destroyFcInstance():
    * add new "appendReverseSortedSourceCodes" method to SourceCodeHelper, use it in FactoryImplementationVisitor;
    * rework "factoryInstantiateDeclaration" tasks, add "factoryInstantiateSizeof" tasks;
    * remove the "factoryDestroyPiece" code tasks, since their code pieces became empty.
