mdl found 21 issues in the Handbook V1.2 markdown files. Add to acceptance and/or release process.

It should be checked if and how to resolve those linter issues for highest standard compatibility and therefore with tools processing the markdown files to their main purpose: e.g. PDF, web. This should be made a precondition for a release, if not for accepting and changed .md file.
