To me, the above sentence sounds like it it brings you permission to see your own code, while the risk resides in the fact that you may have to give away source code.
I would propose the following:
Les conditions de la licence permettront-elles à des tiers d'exiger l'accès à des parties de code qui devraient rester confidentielles ?
Independently, while I'm here, I would rather be more generic that areas of code since open source licences apply to documentation, data, hardware, etc.
