sources doc files are installed together with the actual doc pages

When building and installing from source, doc pages are built (documentation makefile target). However, both the sources and the built pages are installed, resulting in a lot of duplicated and useless files. The sources are not needed unless for building the actual pages and need not to be installed at all. I believe the install_doc_site makefile target needs to be tweaked.
