Bad UI when registration rule doesn't match for an extra second factor

Summary

  • Configure a registrable extra second factor (such as mail2f)
  • Register a custom email
  • As an admin, restrict the registration rule
  • The delete button is still displayed in the user's 2FA manager
  • But it doesn't work and returns a confusing message:
