Improvements on the functionality and debugging capabilities of the SLO Violation Detector

Andreas Tsagkaropoulos requested to merge antsag/morphemic-preprocessor:local-morphemic-rc4.0 into morphemic-rc4.0

Further enhancement of the debug information by including a circular buffer of the most recent SLO Violation events, and detailed information on the calculation of all severity values. Addition of a constraint, limiting severity values up to 10000 and not allowing infinity as a Severity value.
