MoU refinement with scope and W3C terms

Some updates proposed to the MoU.

  • Some references to the W3C terms.
  • Instead of motivation, I directly defined the activities under the scope.
  • I've removed the Solid part because it was a bit confusing. It was to vague and mixed with membership (sometimes, the liaisons serve as agreement to participate in the WGs and this is not the case we want).
  • Removed the logo part, since it's not possible. The logo is heavily restricted.
