Update content and dependencies version

- Use latest Ruby image
- Specify encoding
- Install bundler

- The configuration of the site and the content has been updated to reflect that it's only a demonstration for OW2 theme
- Add a .gitignore file
- Update Jekyll version
- Add a note to warn that this is not an actual Jekyll OW2 theme but rather a Jekyll site with a custom layout and style
