WebLab is a service oriented/semantic driven integration platform for media-mining and intelligence applications.
It eases combination of components for multimedia processing.
Open AXES is an output of the AXES European project. It gathers innovative audiovisual content analyses technologies including an ergonomic interface to navigate video archives.
Utility projects used aside of the WebLab platform to help build, or to manage issues for instance. This subgroup should not contain components that are deployed in a WebLab based architecture.
This project generates a preconfigured WebLab application in a tar.gz archive. This can be used either for demonstration purposes or as a baseline to produce more complex applications.
Content Manager is a component describing a API used with some services, portlets or other component to access binary files associated with a resource (we often talk about native content and normalised content).
The WebLab Core is the composed of both
the WebLab Model (UML, XSD and WSDL) used for standardising the interfaces and objects used inside the platform (language agnostic,) and various Java based projects (extended, annotator, rdf-helper...)
