This is an implementation of ResourceContainer interface.It enable the storing (and loading back) of resources on the file system.The two main differences between this implementation and the filerepository one are: - this one does not care with the URI of incoming document, it only stores them as is (whereas file-repository changes their URI if not known). - as a consequence, it does not allow the loading or saving of sub-resources.

THe annotation from the Gate model are converted into RDF one, and segments are created in the output WebLab document.
