XWIKI-14591: Discourage or prevent users to move/rename pages from Extensions 

* Tell yui compressor to not remove the comment with the Velocity code when minifying the JavaScript
* The JavaScript/CSS files from xwiki-platform-web WAR are minified in place (we don't provide the unminified version).
