[Misc] Fixed regressions introduced by commit https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/commit/ade4046 which moved the deprecated IncludeMacroParameters.getDocument() method to xwiki-platform-legacy-rendering-*. The main problem was that a lot of our code was still using {{include document="..."/}} (instead of {{include reference="..."/}}). The other problem was that I made a mistake and forgot to check for an empty "document" parameter.
