XWIKI-7540: Merge Annotations with Comments. 

- Removed annotation specific code from the XWiki class
-- Added an event listener for ApplicationReadyEvent and DocumentUpdatedEvent (that listens for updates of the configuration document) to reinitialize the configured class, ensuring that the required properties exist.
