XWIKI-19891: Upgrade to Tika 2.4.1

* Revert test changes that were done in "XWIKI-19402: Upgrade to Tika
  2.3.0" due to changed behavior in Tika 2.3.0 that has been reverted
  now. See also issue XWIKI-19447.
