XWIKI-17432: The SolrIndexInitializeListener should be triggered on a WikiReadyEvent 

  * Add a new configuration to allow chosing if the first indexer job
    should be triggered for the whole farm at once or wiki per wiki when
they start
  * Listen on WikiReadyEvent to allow perform an indexation wiki by wiki
    to improve performance on big farms
  * Use a better JobGroupPath based on the rootReference in IndexerJob
  * Add some tests for checking changes
