XWIKI-3416: OfficeImporter does not import word documents containing TOC structures correctly

* Remove the code that was generating id macros from Anchor filter because we don't need it anymore.
* Add unit test to the office importer module to compensate for the removed code :)
* Modify the default document splitter to update annchors after splitting a document.
* Add unit tests for splitter.
