* Replaced usage of the old, deprecated module, with the new API
* Removed some unused/deprecated code in PreviewAction
* Removed old action registration for the image captcha, since now captchas are no longer Struts actions
* Updated the logic that displays docextra tabs in order to include any JS+CSS resources they might need to display properly
* Added the JCaptcha implementation by default in the base distribution since a default is needed
