This reverts commit 333e6ea1.

Reason: The release failed to build due to some dependency problems, so I`m restarting the release.

+ fixed all pom.xml license headers which for some reasons were not noticed with previous version of the license plugin (maybe a bug that has been fixed)

XWIKI-9724: Introduce configuration parameter for the link checker to exclude pages from being checked

* Make sure we call escapeHTML on a String (my bad..)
* Use 'link':'field' column option instead of generating the HTML annchor on the server side for the link and page columns from the linkchecker live table.
* Use the json tool to generate the linkchecker live table results.

* Link checker livetable doesn't support sorting and thus the sort arrows shouldn't be displayed

[Misc] Continue setting platform TPC for modules in preparation for running a CI job for checking TPCs every day + fixed issue with pircbotx

This reverts commit 92f3d656.

* Also move annotations related to JMock
+ created an internal package for internal stuff

* For some reason, some classes were not committed (part 2)

XCOMMONS-313: Split Commons Test module in 2 and rationalize its usage

[Misc] Try to fix some flickering that only happens on ci.xwiki.org. Note that this is a desperate attempte since I'm very little confidence that it'll fix the issue ;)
