* Inform the user that the request failed because it was unauthorized, before redirecting him to the login page.
* Escape values coming from translation files.

Add translation keys.

* Show the extension details when the extension job is waiting (usually this means a merge conflict) and scroll the page to the merge conflict.

Quick fix.

* Move part of the stylesheet used by the AppWithinMinutes Wizard to the file system to be reused by the Distribution Wizard.

Note that this still doesn't make it work immediately after the extension has been installed since the XWiki REST module only loads REST Resources once at startup ATM. However it makes it work if you restart XWiki (which was not even working before...)
