REST Improvements

* new REST apis for querying using hql, xwql and lucene (lucene allows multiwiki querying) 
* querying api also allows to read full objects associated to returned pages (using classname 
  parameter)
* additional fields in search results and space document list (adding author, modified date 
  and version and nice author names when using prettynames=true)
* fixes or improvements to start, number and order parameter to allow proper ordering and 
  pagination.
* Moved REST components to internal packages.
