Sorry, but the Readme file had one grammar mistake.
I took care of it in this.
Sorry for making a PR for such a small thing but this was the first mistake I found out.
I am figuring my way around the Repo.

It seems we need ``-DskipLocalStaging`` and ``-DautoReleaseAfterClose`` after upgrading the parent version for the test modules.

We need to build with Java 8 and skip the enforcer because the functional test module requires this.

No need to modify the version in the wiki page before and after the release.
