Don't rely on the order in which WYSIWYG editor cleaning filters are loaded by the component manager. Use a priority to ensure that filters are always applied in the same (good) order. This is especially needed after the changes made by XCOMMONS-63: Optimize EmbeddableComponentManager

XWIKI-7297 : Saving/Creating a document that is not located on the current wiki sets the author relative to the current wiki instead of the wiki of the saved document.
