XWIKI-13360: For regular users, "Data" level is confusing in the Pages tree for an application created with App Within Minutes
* Add a new step to configure the app entries (e.g. where they are stored). It creates a template provider.
* Don't restrict entry location by default when creating a new app.
* Use "doc.title" and "doc.location" columns by default when creating a new app (to accomodate the fact that by default you can create entries anywhere).
* Don't show the data location preview on the first step because the data location is configured later in step 3
* Delete app entries whereever they are when clicking on Delete All Entries (it was limited to the data location)
* Set the entry title when creating a new entry so that the Page Title live table column can be used (sort and filter). App entries don't have dynamic titles normally.
* Improve the messages displayed by the wizard (remove technical terms and make the messages more consistent across the wizard steps).
* Add support for overwriting standard doc hidden fields like xredirect from the edit sheet
* Add support for empty prefix value to the Icon Picker macro

* Fix usage of deprecated EditModeClass object.
