* Change the way variables are replaced in jetty start scripts to match what's done by the Maven Assembly plugin. This also avoids an issue with "$!" which was getting replaced by Velocity...

- More Drag&Drop related test issues. Using 0,0 in all the places that negative values were specified.

[performances] Reduce very frequent calls to Utils#getComponent that don't require to be that dynamic (about 50% of all the call ending up in ComponentManager#getInstance)

- Same as before for drag&drop. Using 0 for xoffset this time.

- Negative yoffsets work only when moving before a field that is not the top field. Using 0 yoffset works both for moving before top fields and also before lower ones.
- xoffset seems to work fine with a value of 0, so I also removed the comment saying it doesn't.

* Adding hidden text that screen readers can read.

[Misc] Avoid NPE which can now happen after the fix for (XWIKI-10976: XE doesn't stop if there's a failure during the PersistentTestContext initialization)
