Add log to make sure we are comparing with the right build before deciding to cancel or not the environment test build

* Pass the docker test type so that we can execute the WCAG tests only for "docker-latest"

* Started creating the core/ module and added the first version of a m2 build.
* Please note that that the m2 is NOT working at this time as more work needs to be done to sort out the dependencies.
