[Misc] Force Maven to use its repositories to resolve parent POM for top level modules. This is to prevent any error such as having a pom.xml file located in a directory above the top level modules for example.

[Misc] Revert changes done by sdumitriu. The relativePath should not be set to not cause problems with Jenkins. BTW I couldn't reproduce the build warning problem that Sergiu fixed in his commit (would be interested to know more about it).

[Misc] Improve test by not making the logout part of the test (it's better because it makes the test less dependent on the skin and it makes it faster. Testing the logout button is done in some other functional tests anyway).
