Remove the @Deprecated annotation from the plugin API because we don't have a script service for FileUpload yet. Also, the @Deprecated annotation generates warning messages in the console which breaks the webstandards build.

Update the selector because the heading ID is not generated as expected when the heading content is a macro call (e.g. {{translation/}}).

Fix localization: use the script service because we are inside an HTML macro. The HTML macro could be removed if we convert this page to xwiki/2.1 syntax, but it's a bit dangerous before 5.0M2 release.
