* Use silent notation.

- Reverted the changes fonr on colibri and moved them to the proper location.

- Removed the "-manager" suffix to respect the recently voted naming policy. The changes are:
-- "$services.workspace" instead of "$services.workspaceManager"
-- "org.xwiki.workspace" instead of "org.xwiki.workspacemanager"
-- "xwiki-platform-workspace" instead of "xwiki-platform-workspace-manager"

- Checking if the imported SSX exists before using @import

- Unlinked the problematic workspace-template module that was causing cyclic dependency issues with the build. A workspace template will be available at install time, from extensions.xwiki.org.

* List docbook/4.4 as a valid syntax
* Fix styling issues (lines shouldn't be longer than 120 chars)

Reverting all case by case handling since it's now done at
DefaultExecutionContextManager level

- Fixed javadoc, coding style and minor POM issues.
- Removed leftover override of AdminSheet in the template that is no longer needed since we added the hooks.

XWIKI-6991: Add hooks into the platform to handle the workspaces feature when it is installed

- Renamed maven artefacts and java packages, fixed poms and checkstyle issues, added javadocs and minor refactorings to integrate with the platform.

Added back attributions removed by error in XWIKI-2155 (Add license header check to the build). Thanks to Sergiu for noticing it.

Add some improvements

- moved the form_token parameter inside the getURL method request for compatibility with portlet mode.
