  The problem was that <dd> element was inside an other <dd> element, which is neither valid and logical.
  The previous commit replaced the <dd> by a <span>, which was valid but still not logical.
  In the previous version, the <dd> tag was manually created inside an html macro, and the rendering engine did not know
  that the previous <dd> should be closed first.
  This new commit fixes this. We make sure the new <dd> is created *after* the previous one is ended, by using
  the wiki syntax to create this new <dd>.

* Invalid use of <dd> inside a <dd>.

XWIKI-10045: Add some CSS rules to the skin to automatically crop long page names in the "Page" menu

Reason: The release failed to build due to some dependency problems, so I`m restarting the release.
