This reverts commit 333e6ea1.

Reason: The release failed to build due to some dependency problems, so I`m restarting the release.

- Forcing browsers (IE) to inherit the font family for text and password inputs. IE seems to report that it does so, but in reality it does not.

- Added standard Colibri rule for select elements

** Allow the user to type exactly the default value (which should be valid)
* Use a custom validation on page creation for the page name input, takeing into account the default value.
