Added notion of AttachmentName. Later on we'll probably also need a factory/serializer for attachment names too.

* Second step: Added xwiki-component-default module so that the observation module depends only on xwiki-component-api and thus prevent a cyclic dependency
* Next step: refactor observation module and modify xwiki-component-default to use the Observation Manager

XWIKI-3309: Include Macro should set doc/space/wiki in the Execution Context when the include is done with a new context

* Added methods in the Document Access Bridge to allow saving/restoring the current document in the context. This will need to be changed (as it won't be needed anymore) when we have the new model in the Execution Context.
