XWIKI-8324: "Blurred text" effect when displaying ColorThemes with empty gradient values in Firefox and Chromium

- Added a #css_textShadow macro that verifies that the color (and the mandatory params) exists in order to display it

- removed the 'text-shadow' effect since the selected tab uses another background-color that might not match
