  * The option xwiki.language.forceSupported is now set to true by
default

## Solution

  * Check two schemes when executing load backlinks request: with and
without the wiki id.
  * Ensure that the right wiki is used in the context in DefaultLinkRefactoring

## Limitation

This fix some issues related with updating link on farms, but such operation still require to set the property `updateLinksOnFarm` when doing a refactoring, for performance issue.
